We are a professional firm with high standards and a thorough understanding of your industries. In other words, we get you! We know your time is valuable and will set aside specific time slots for your project, so you can have our full attention and a fast turnaround.

For VIP Design Days, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to hold your VIP date and the balance due on your VIP day.

For Strategy Calls, we charge 100% at the time you book the call.

In general, our payments are described above. If you have extenuating circumstances, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and I am sure we can work something out during this crazy time.

I have used other platforms, including WordPress, Wix and Weebly previously and Squarespace is by far my favorite. My priorities for websites are clean, responsive design features that are timely to build and easy for myself and clients to maintain and update.

We schedule a minimum of two weeks for you to accomplish the required pre-work. We understand, sometimes the unexpected happens, please keep us updated. If you have not submitted your work 3 days prior to your VIP Design Day I will not be able to review your submissions and be prepared to work together. Unfortunately, your Design Day will be cancelled and you’ll have to opportunity to reschedule on the first available date and pay a new deposit.
